Hiya peeps it's been a long time since I last blog cos due to laziness after work.It's was great playing Lan wif Stephen,Firdaus and Paul yesterday at Meridien and it's a long time since I've played CS and my CS skills are really rusty now.Today went back to school to promote EC and not even a single ticket sold and super pissed off cos a whole day's effort just went down the drain.Cannot wait for EC day to come and it's 7days away!!!Anyways take care peeps and may you all have good days ahead of u.

Sorry for taking leave from updating due to tiredness from working in Rosette after waking up in the wee hours of the day.Tomorrow finally getting to taste of working in the afternoon shift that means no more waking up at 5:15am.Hope that i would be able to work with my new Saucier partner Choi Won Tae and maybe we can learn something new from each other.Chef Wong is getting much better and finally I'm starting to learn a few things from him and my perspective of him has been changing from bad to worst.I shall leave a few quotes from Chef Wong:"How to do EC like this?","You understand anot?","All of u Banana's".

Yesterday had a wonderful dinner buffet at Melt:The World Cafe at Mandarin Oriental.Chef Eric Teo came to my table and greeted me and told me he would be leaving for Germany to lead Singapore's culinary team to join the Culinary Olympics in Germany.How I wished 1 day I would be able to join the culinary olympic team and represent Singapore.Chef Eric continue to tell me that the road to being a great chef is long and it is hard so perseverance is all it takes to get there.Today had throat pain and it led to a fever due to the irresistible food offered on the BBQ grill and the buffet stations during yesterday's night.Tomorrow I'm off to Rosette to start off my outlet attachment term and I can't wait to see what is installed for me.Alright that's all I've to blog for today.

This whole week I'm in-charge of training restaurant meals.Yesterday food for lunch turn out like crap and dinner it was much better.Production is like a crazy place to work in and i cannot imagine continuing to work in production.So many things to do and be done before i call it an end to my production week.Next week i get to step into Rosette after 2 weeks of production life.

It's another boring day at home planning for next week's training restaurant menu for both lunch and dinner.It's back to school for production tomorrow once again.Too bored to continue typing that's all I've to say for today.
