Sorry for taking leave from updating due to tiredness from working in Rosette after waking up in the wee hours of the day.Tomorrow finally getting to taste of working in the afternoon shift that means no more waking up at 5:15am.Hope that i would be able to work with my new Saucier partner Choi Won Tae and maybe we can learn something new from each other.Chef Wong is getting much better and finally I'm starting to learn a few things from him and my perspective of him has been changing from bad to worst.I shall leave a few quotes from Chef Wong:"How to do EC like this?","You understand anot?","All of u Banana's".
