Back from work eventhough it should be my 2weeks holiday.Currently working at Mandarin Oriental in the kitchen of Melts:The world cafe.For the whole of today it's only cutting and peeling of vegetables and I've got the recipe for a good tasting pineapple fried rice from a thai chef.Im like a super blur sotong today walking around the hotel and end up being lost and need to ask people for directions.If any of u guys ending up working there one day wish you guys good luck on your directions.In this two weeks get to learn from thai section,local section,BBQ section and of cos pastry kitchen.Hope i can learn something valuable from pastry kitchen before i go back to school to learn pastry.
